I’ve been in recruitment and training for nearly 20 years. The first part of my recruitment training life was spent as an in-house trainer within several recruitment businesses. I’ve sat side by side with permanent, contract, and Interim recruiters, so I understand their working practices and recruitment pains very well.
A self-confessed geek CRM lover
I love being able to spend time with Recruiters and leaders not only to train them but work through their pain areas, and make their lives much easier and more productive. I deliver Bullhorn Training and Bullhorn Automation Training.
There’s no better place than the recruitment industry to work, with such a range of industries, companies and personalities, it definitely keeps me on my toes!
Baking and Goldendoodles
The things I love most are growing veggies in my allotment, walking my very fluffy Goldendoodle, Jasper, and making cakes with my little girl.
