Bullhorn introduced us to Abrivia as they needed to improve Bullhorn adoption and RoI.
We started with Recruitment HIIT to help new and experienced recruiters with Recruitment Training, Bullhorn Training, and other training, such as LinkedIn, Sales, MS Teams etc...
Abrivia wanted to embed their "way", so we delivered a Bullhorn RoI Vision for them. We assessed and benchmarked their people, process, data, Bullhorn config, and tech stack.
We followed with a Bullhorn RoI Sprint to improve the config, buy-in, data quality, and adoption with Bullhorn Training.
We then implemented Bullhorn Automation to further drive data quality, recruiter productivity and efficiency and Bullhorn RoI.
