Our recruitment consultants are now fully engaged with Bullhorn...
How Did We Train Gleeson's Recruiters to Use Bullhorn More Effectively?
Gleeson Recruitment is a temporary, contract and permanent recruitment business specialising in Accountancy & Finance, Engineering & Manufacturing, Human Resources, IT, Procurement & Supply Chain, Transformation and Executive Search.
The entire business needed Bullhorn adoption training to ensure ROI. CRMFirst was a priority project – they wanted improved speed and process.
We started by delivering a bespoke Bullhorn training programme to 60 recruiters. And they now use the Bullhorn Training team at Barclay Jones every quarter to onboard new recruiters.
Our Bullhorn Training focuses on key recruiter workflows such as sourcing, BD, account management, time and desk management, candidate, job, and placement management.
The recruiters now understand the benefits of fully utilising their Bullhorn recruitment CRM to improve speed and pipeline. And when a new team starts we help them adapt to their new Bullhorn system and process.
The recruiters told us that:
“The trainer could not have been better.... amazing energy! The training was informative, enthusiastic and fun.”
We’re really putting our CRM first within the business.
Suzie Hughes, Gleeson Recruitment
Our goal was to increase user adoption of our Bullhorn Recruiting software. Most of our staff already had a basic level of knowledge, but we needed to improve proficiency, engagement and ensure that they knew the full extent of what it could do for them.
We liked Barclay Jones’ approach; they sit with our ethos as a business.
It was easy working with Barclay Jones; I’d say that the type of approach they used and the way they tailored the training to our needs is why we would work with them again.
Our recruitment consultants are fully engaged with our Bullhorn CRM system – and at a more broader level. We have much better management information to work with and we’re really putting our CRM first within the business.
If I had to describe Barclay Jones in three words? Fun, partnership, future!
