Our goal was to increase ROI from Bullhorn – and to also bring all of our consultants to a similar level of usage. ROI to us means more placements of candidates and speed of access to the right data. (We have examples in the past of losing out on a placement due to not looking for them on Bullhorn and our competition delivered quicker.)
