How Did We Help Vetro Weaponise their Bullhorn Automation and Bullhorn?

We've worked with Vetro since 2018 on various Recruitment CRM-related and training projects.

We recently completed a series of Bullhorn Automation Buddy programs, coaching the leaders and marketing function to:

  • Improve their Bullhorn Automation knowledge and confidence.

  • Create a business-led automation strategy.

  • Build sophisticated automations.

The themes we focussed on were:

  1. Monetising their candidate and client database - Bullhorn - by making more use of their existing data.

  2. Matching candidates to jobs using Bullhorn's FAB AI Auto Match feature.

  3. Re-engaging passive sales contacts to drive more sales.

  4. Creating a cohesive automation planner to help document and drive their automation progress and strategy.
